@one’s founder is Olympic diver Monique Gladding.

Originally a competitive gymnast, Monique switched to diving after knee surgery ended her career. However, it wasn’t long before she achieved success in diving, gracing winners’ podiums around the world.

Monique’s life-long ambition was to compete at the very highest level – the Olympics. However, a tragic accident in 2011 had near-fatal consequences. Whilst competing in Russia, Monique was knocked unconscious after hitting her head on the 10m platform.

Against all the odds, Monique’s determination and resilience saw her achieve her dreams. In 2012 she represented Great Britain at the London Olympics.

Monique is now a certified health and nutrition coach whose passion is helping others optimise their health and wellness.

Searching for a natural organic deodorant, Monique realised there was a massive gap in the market for cosmetic products that are kind to both body and planet.

And @one was born.
